Terms and Conditions:
By voluntarily participating in sports activities organized by Waubonsee Community College, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Participation in such events entails known and unanticipated risks, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. These types of injuries may result from my own actions, actions of others or a combination of both. I further certify that I have no medical or physical conditions, which could interfere with my safety in this activity and I am willing to assume and bear the costs of all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or that I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage to myself. I also understand that Waubonsee Community College and its agents are not responsible for assessing my level of skill or fitness to participate. I understand that the rules and regulations are designated for the safety and protection of participants and I hereby agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I also release Waubonsee Community College to use any pictures taken in any way they deem appropriate.
