Coach, Men's and Women's Tennis

Doug Hill joined the Chiefs' staff in only the fourth year of the college's existence and stayed a long while, leading the women's tennis program for the next 35 years and the men's tennis program for 25 years. Coach Hill guided the Lady Chiefs to 13 Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) crowns, garnering the league's Women's Tennis Coach of the Year Award the same number of times. During his tenure, Hill saw more than 60 of his players earn All-Conference honors and more than 30 earn Academic All-Conference honors.
