Working at Waubonsee
Our People: Your partners in learning
Waubonsee is committed to the hiring and retention of quality faculty and staff who are connected to the college’s culture of collaboration, professional growth and student success. To do this, we work to provide compensation consistent with peer institutions, enhanced benefits and training opportunities.
Every member of Waubonsee’s faculty and staff has an important job to do, and each takes pride and finds meaning in being part of an exceptional college community. We subscribe to the principles of human resource management, which promote opportunities for employees to cultivate self-development, enhance job knowledge and skills and advance leadership qualities in a collaborative environment that promotes respect and inclusivity and celebrates diversity.
At Waubonsee, appreciation is an essential part of how we create community and honor the hard work and dedication behind all of our success. We know that everything that happens at the college is possible because of our employees and their focused involvement in our mission, vision and core values.
Looking out for your future. Waubonsee's leadership looks forward to the future — one that's full of success, growth and learning. As we continue to strengthen and build our campus network, we also shape brighter futures for our students and community.
