Follow the directions on the web site to secure a user account, create an application and apply for positions.
- Complete each section of the application form, even if you are also submitting a resume. Your application and resume should be able to serve as stand alone documents.
- Transcripts are needed for all positions requiring a degree. You may scan your transcripts and submit it electronically with your application.
- Statement on a Learning Centered College are required for full-time faculty and administrative positions.

The purpose of this initiative is to refocus and strengthen the institution's efforts to become a more "learning-centered" college. As a faculty candidate, please tell us how you would incorporate learning-centered college concepts into your classroom teaching. Administrative Candidate:
In fall 2003, Waubonsee Community College launched its Learning First! initiative. The purpose of this initiative is to refocus and strengthen the institution's efforts to become a more "learning-centered" college. As an administrative candidate, address how you would use learning-centered principles in the position you are applying for. If applicable, you may also include examples of how you have previously incorporated learning-centered principles. Selection Procedure
After the final filing date for each vacancy, applications are pre-screened by the Office of Human Resources and then forwarded for committee review.
The majority of pre-selection and interviewing is done by screening committees comprised of persons who are familiar with the department, the position and the hiring criteria.
