Peer and professional tutors are available at times
and locations convenient for you and the tutor. As a member of the SSS
program, discuss what you need with a counselor and complete a request
for a tutor. Walk-in tutoring is available to all Waubonsee students, but only SSS participants qualify
for one-on-one tutoring.
To be eligible for one-on-one tutoring, you must be a participant in
the Student Support Services program and meet one or more of the following
criteria:
- be a first generation college student
- meet federal guidelines for low income
- have a physical or learning disability
- have demonstrated academic need.
