Scholarships and awards are available to new and returning Waubonsee students from many sources, including the many generous donors who support the Waubonsee Community College Foundation.

Only ONE application is needed for consideration for ALL WCC Foundation scholarships, and ONE additional application is needed in order to be considered for a John J. Swalec, Jr. President's Achievement Award.

All Waubonsee Foundation scholarship applications must be accompanied by an OFFICIAL transcript. Current Waubonsee students can order transcripts online. Transcripts MUST list fall 2009 grades. If you will be attending Waubonsee for the spring 2010 semester, the transcript also should include the courses you'll be taking.

Applications for all foundation scholarships must be received by Thursday, February 4, 2010. Other scholarship deadlines may vary, and high school students are encouraged to check with their Guidance Office for any school-specific deadlines. Please note that all awards are subject to funding availability.
