Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley
Eligibility: Applications are available for the 2010 Scholarship Program of the
Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley. Scholarships are available for students attending an accredited institution of higher learning on a full-time basis during the 2010-2011 academic year. Several scholarships are available to students specifically for attendance at Waubonsee Community College or attendance at a four-year college after completing their education at Waubonsee Community College.
The majority of scholarships offered require students to reside within the Community Foundation's service area, which includes southern Kane County, the City of Aurora, and Kendall County. Financial need and academic ability are the basis for most scholarships. However, a few scholarships do not consider financial status.
