Lab assistants are available during all hours of operation
at Henning Academic Computing Center and at the Aurora campus
lab. They provide support to faculty and students in the computing
facilities. While lab assistants are not tutors and cannot
provide detailed software instruction, they can provide assistance
with:
- Logins
- Accessing software
- Saving/Retrieving files
- Printing
Please bring your own 3 1/2” 1.44 mb (high density)
diskette to save your work. Diskettes are not available at
the computing labs, but can be purchased at the Waubonsee
Bookstores. The Sugar Grove campus bookstore is located in
Dickson Center. The Aurora campus bookstore is located on
the first floor. Please remember to write your name on your
diskette.
