Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2006, with an estimated occupancy date of May 30, 2007.
The building will include eight 48-seat seminar rooms, seven 36-seat seminar rooms, and one 15-seat seminar room. Two computer classrooms plus faculty and associate dean office space will be located here.
A key component of this building will be the 96-seat seminar room with tiered floor and the multi-purpose room, which can seat over 500 people or be divided into three smaller rooms accommodating 138-240 persons each.
